Trio Quinta has existed since 1990 and has chiefly won a reputation by reviving the lovely old music that mainly was played in cafées and restaurants during the last decades of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century.

The trio also works with the more traditional classical repertoire of the pianotrio particularly focusing on female composers from different epochs. The tango music of Argentina has during the last years become an inspiring part of their repertoire.
